We contacted Mike to help us buy a home in the Boise area. We moved from Utah, so we didn't know the area at all. We had a short time frame and really only one day to look at houses. He worked with us before our house hunting trip to figure what we were looking for. When we arrived, he showed us 20+ houses in one day! He explained the different areas and the great things about Boise as we drove around to the houses. Once we put the offer in on the house we wanted, he was very quick in communicating what needed to happen. We are exploring where we would like to retire and decided that we might want to check out the Boise area as an option in the near future. We contacted Michael who responded quite quickly to my request. I told him what our ideas were in regards to retirement and scoping out different areas. He told us if ever wanted to come to Boise to let him know and he would give us a tour of the city and the surrounding areas to the city so we could get a lay of the land. The term he used, "So that you can narrow down the area where you might want to plant your flag." We met with him in Oct of 2015 and we could not have had a better experience!!! Mike Edgar is an excellent realtor. I work for a title insurance company, in which I work with real estate agents on a regular basis, and Mike is truly a cut above. He came prepared to our first meeting with a complete market analysis of what the home was worth and offered recommendations to enhance the property to realize full value. "I was in the area in May of 2015. Drove up from Ca. sadly my truck broke down so I was stuck at the Hotel.

Mike picked me up early the next day so I would not have to sit around.

After showing a few homes to another couple.

He then took me out and showed me some homes for my future info.
Then took me back to the dealer to pick up my truck.

On December 26, I flew up to Boise. Mike and I got together on Sunday
looked at several homes, sadly the homes I liked from websites were sold before I got there.

We narrowed it down to 2 homes 1 built in 2008 (needed paint) and a newer 1 (2013). Needs landscaping and fencing.
The 2008 home fit my needs better, but it was 6 years older.
