Team Rehab Physical & Aquatic Therapy

Team Rehab Physical Therapy is committed to helping our patients return to their activities of daily living, work, and recreation by providing the highest level of personalized care to treat their injury or condition. We promote health and wellness through education, prevention of injury, and rehabilitation following an injury, disease, or illness.

Our facility opened in 2013 with the goal of putting patient care first. In response to diminishing insurance reimbursement rates many other facilities have shifted from providing individual care to an assembly line like treatment where several patients are treated simultaneously by one or more Physical Therapy Assistants, or aides, who is overseen by a single Physical Therapist. This never occurs at Team Rehab Physical Therapy, as every patient’s treatment is performed one-on-one with a physical therapist.
