Tejas is a Tex-Mex restaurant located on Bishop Ave in Dallas, TX, specializing in putting a new twist on Texas-Mexican food. Tejas centers itself on healthy dishes with rich flavor, toeing the line between Tex-Mex must-haves and light, health-forward dishes with plenty of vegan options. Stop by our Bishop Arts restaurant for happy hour every Wednesday-Friday to try one of our craft cocktails, or for brunch on the weekends. We do accept reservations, but they are not required!
