Telatha Surujnath is a New Jersey board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Monmouth University. She has multiple years of experience, which includes forensics, substance use, individual and group therapy, and treating complex mental health and mood disorders in the adult population. She has also served in the United States Air Force. Telatha offers a warmhearted and enriching experience with the psychiatric care she provides at Labyrinth Psychiatry.
