Beware of using this business for service until you research their business practices!!!! I used them for a television repair because they were recommended by Phillips/Magnavox, but after they picked my TV up on 1/29/09, I have got nothing but the run around from this business when I hear from them, and lame inconsistent excuses of why my TV is not ready. They usually do not return calls, and an answering machine comes on when you do call. Here it is 4/16/09 and I do not have my $2000.00 television, and they required payment in advance of repair. The last time I heard from them was in mid-March, and that was after repeated attempts of trying to contact them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS PRACTICES. I have since filed complaints with BBB and the State Attorney General's office, and am trying to get the charge reversed on my credit card. The BBB rates them C- and they were not accredited as of 3/13/09. So the lesson of this whole nightmare is investigate the business...
