She's been working in the fields of Mortgage Finance, Real Estate Investment, Real Estate and Property Management since 1998. 8 years before her career as a Mortgage Broker, Teresa worked for the California Department of Transportation in its Building Management department. She continues her education by regularly attending Mortgage training events, Webinars and Real Estate Seminars.

Being the President of TDR Mortgage gives her a lot of leverage that the average loan officer can't compete with and she has a ton of experience that the average loan officer does not possess.
