Terezakis Law Firm, PLLC, is a Nassau County immigration and criminal defense law firm, established in 1995. Our immigration practice includes: “green card” - family-based - immigration; adjustment of status; consular processing; asylum; waivers; motions to reopen; naturalization; immigration appeals; and deportation defense. We advise defendants, and their attorneys, on the immigration consequences of proposed dispositions, and on strategies to avoid deportation. We defend individuals facing traffic, misdemeanor and felony offenses in Nassau, Suffolk and Queens.
