The Academy of I Am: Wisdom & Wellness was founded by an intergenerational team spanning three generations, each bringing unique gifts of wisdom, healing, and life experience. Rooted in the belief that true growth comes from blending perspectives, we offer holistic programs in mindfulness, plant medicine education, youth empowerment, grief support, and cultural wellness. Our approach bridges ancient traditions with modern practices, creating a space where all ages learn, heal, and thrive together. Serving both in-person in Holyoke, MA, and online worldwide, we guide individuals and communities to live authentically, in balance, and in their highest truth.
