About us
Located in the heart of Los Olivos, the Bubble Shack is home to our Fesstivity sparkling wines which were first released in 2015. The Blanc de Blancs, Brut Rosé, and Blanc de Noirs have proven to be delicious expressions of the finest Chardonnay and Pinot Noir being grown at Parker West Vineyard in the Santa Rita Hills, AVA.
