The Center for Integrative and Holistic Counseling, LLC uses an integrative and holistic treatment approach to mental wellness. Integrative mental health care focuses on a person-centered approach by taking into account the unique needs, preferences, and circumstances of each client.

This philosophy focuses on obtaining optimal health, not the disorder.

We use mainstream psychotherapy methods with evidenced-based complementary, alternative medicine strategies. We believe in utilizing the best available evidence from both allopathic and complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). You will gain a deeper understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection and brain function.

Our holistic approach is rooted in the understanding that our clients’ mental wellness is about harmonizing the complex system of the mind, body and spirit.
