I offer services for adults, children, couples (Including neurodiverse), and group support.
From birth throughout the lifespan, experiences encountered require the development of coping mechanisms which may or may not translate into useful behaviors. In other words, what kept you safe in the past, may no longer serve you now.
My work is a collaboration between client and therapist in which we identify personal patterns to distinguish between what works and what doesn’t, with the goal to gain control over emotions and life.
I use an integrative approach through the use of traditional and alternative modalities such as attachment theory-based psychotherapy, family systems therapy, EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy), SSP (safe and sound protocol), social and emotional learning (SEL), and mindfulness.
