Welcome! At my practice, my goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore, heal, and grow—whether you're navigating personal challenges or looking to strengthen your relationships. I specialize in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, individual and couples therapy, and I offer both in-person and virtual sessions to meet your unique needs. When you work with me, you’ll find a compassionate, understanding approach that respects your pace and perspective. I use a mix of therapeutic approaches, including IFS, EFT, systems counseling and attachment-based therapy to help you find clarity, process emotions, and unlock new pathways toward well-being and connection.
