About us
The Chocolate Therapist makes all-natural, handcrafted chocolate onsite and serves gourmet coffee. The shop is 100% gluten-free, the chocolate is also soy-free and the dark chocolate is vegan. Coffee drinks are made with locally roasted coffee and organic flavoring syrups. Customers can also enjoy the self-serve wine bar with a custom plate of chocolates. The shop's all-natural focus comes from shop owner Julie Nygard's lifelong interest in nutrition and her love for chocolate. Her book "The Chocolate Therapist: A User's Guide to the Extraordinary Health Benefits of Chocolate" drives the shop's commitment to excellence.
