Cole began his mortgage career at Veterans First Mortgage in 2015 and was a Loan Officer there until joining Intercap Lending in 2018. Cole’s passion and expertise is the strategy behind each loan. No two clients are the same and there are countless loan products on the market, which is why the strategy behind each loan has become more and more important. Cole realizes that buying a home is more than filling out an online app and signing some paperwork. Because of this, he works hard to create a detailed game plan that best fits each client and their goals. He and his team are heavily involved from Day 1 to ensure a smooth and stress-free buying process.
