About us
Nestled in the beautiful golf course community of Coral Canyon in Washington, Utah, our Cottages offer the perfect independent living option for seniors who value their independence but still want the security and peace of mind that comes with 24/7 assistance. As a resident in our Cottages, you will be part of one of the premier independent living communities in southern Utah. We provide all meals, weekly housekeeping services, and full-time staff available 24 hrs a day. Our Cottages offer independent senior apartments with 2 bedrooms, an ADA-accessible bathroom, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, family room and a single-car garage. We also offer daily activities, manicures and access to our beauty salon services on a weekly basis.
