About us
The Cottages on Mountain Creek is a Residential Treatment Center for Mental Health (licensed by the Department of Community Health). Services include 24/7 programming, Transitional Independent Living and Day Programming, as well as an Out-Patient Drug and Alcohol program (licensed by the Department of Community Health).
The Cottages on Mountain Creek is accredited by the Joint Commission.
Programming also includes IOP (Intensive Out-Patient Program), TBI, CBT, DBT, EMDR, PTSD, Depression/Anxiety and OCD), and programming for high level Asperger's.
We service the following age groups: 18 - 40; 40 - 55; and 55+ (specialty senior services includes programming associated with cognitive disorders, as well as co-occurring memory issues).
