The Document Lady in Lakeland I hired this person to fill out paper work. As noted in another review we met at the library. She took my money and its been awful since. She has sent me degrading emails calling me stupid, cant understand anything, arrogant (the pot calling the kettle black). This started in the beginning of july. I still dont have my paper work or my money back. She said im not eligible for a refund. I have now gone to the better business bureau. Please do not hire her. Before you do please email me at hsawyer09@gmail.com so I can share the multitude amounts of emails she sent me. I have a feeling I will be taking her to court. At this point she has stolen my money.she does not even deserve one star but they make you do it.
