They used a dollar store quality coffee mug for the teacup and dollar store quality teapot. It was supposed to be fine keepsake china with all roses for the bouquet. They substituted mostly cheap fillers and only put two roses in the arrangement. They ignored my emails and calls to complain and ask for a refund. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB. It was not worth the $60 I spent and it ruined my best friend's 50th birthday surprise.
