About us
Beautifully situated high atop a 68-acre tract of land, The Foley Center at Chestnut Ridge provides a complete continuum of care, including short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term living, assisted living, outpatient therapy, hospice care, palliative care and respite care. Our skilled care community with scenic mountain views in Blowing Rock, North Carolina is located on Chestnut Ridge Parkway across from Edmisten Road on Highway 321.
When you arrive at The Foley Center, you are greeted by a clinical team who develops a person-centered care plan designed to help you regain skills and decrease the chance for readmission back to the hospital. You also have access to medical services that address secondary conditions for a complete treatment plan.
