At Habitat, we believe ownership should provide an enhanced living environment through a higher standard of service to residents and visitors.
Built in 2018, our 2 apartment communities—The Fort and The Park— offer true San Diego living in the Mission Hills and University Heights neighborhoods. A modern industrial work of art by Jonathan Segal, each community's open-concept design allows light to flood in from a variety of angles, providing beautiful exterior views to residents. There is natural ventilation and light in the common areas, along with roof solar panels that offset a portion of the building’s core power usage.
