Going on 8 years, The Frozen Elephant is the longest running shaved ice stand in the area; however, the quality and price points maintained have kept customers from going anywhere else. Founded in 2016 by fifteen-year-old entrepreneur, Eli Chenoweth, The Frozen Elephant is proudly perched on the iconic Route 66.
