Do not live here! Honestly, for what you are paying to live here, you are not getting the quality and service that you deserve. Our pipes keep breaking, literally breaking. They have had plumbers out here at least 6 times, who have kept us up all night working and banging, yet somehow our pipes still break and we get waterfalls from our ceilings downstairs! Every time it happens, we legitimately have water rain down out of our ceilings that drenches everything, our toilets bubble, and gross stuff floods our showers. They say they have finally fixed the problem, but I can guarantee it's not the last time, considering it's their terrible pipes. The last time they tried to fix the pipes they had to tear our downstairs ceiling completely open to try to fix it, and they left it that way for a couple weeks. Oh and we are not the only unit that has had serious pipe problems. Next, the stools are all broken and don't adjust size, they just shrink down to the floor, but they said they fixed them. Our fridge has died twice, yet they won't get a new one, our air conditioning died at the beginning of the year in 90 degree heat and we didn't have any air for 2 and a half days. They are supposed to have a security guard on duty but every time I seem to need him for something, he never seems to even be here. The Booth/table in the kitchen is really cheap, when we moved in there was burn holes in the booth cushion, that they still haven't fixed, and the table that is supposed to be built in wobbles and has pieces falling off of it. Another huge issue we had was our front doors lock. The lock legitimately was so cheaply made it kept getting stuck locked! This legitimately would either lock us in or out of our house and it happened 3 times! You think they would invest in better made locks after the first time it happened and we were locked in our Townhouse, but no they used the same awful locks and it has been a reoccurring thing. They have terrible communication skills, and they are not very accommodating or apologetic for their terribly built units or the way they handle situations. We call the landlord for help with broken things, or to ask her why they have not followed through on compensation for all our troubles like they had offered, but they spend most of their time ignoring our calls (literally had to use a friends phone to get her to answer because they wouldn't answer our calls) or telling us they are still debating if we are even going to get a compensation now. Overall, this place is cheaply and poorly made, it may look super nice and perfect, but the bare bones of this place and the materials they used are terrible. Along, with terrible service from the owner and the landlord throughout all these problems. So, take it from someone who can't wait to move out, find a different place to live! There are places of way better quality around Indiana Universities campus, especially at this price or lower!
