Since 1965, Hitching Post in Ahwahnee, CA has been a beloved local establishment offering unique, healthy food you can’t find anywhere else in the mountains. This cozy, inviting spot features a bar with Karaoke nights, live music, DJ events, open mic nights, and Wing Wednesdays with wings fires and side salads for $16.99, Taco Tuesdays with $5 margaritas! We proudly serve American food and craft beer from local breweries on tap. Fridays and Saturdays are for lively bar nights, while other days offer a family-friendly setting for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As a third-generation owner, Jackie’s mission is to grow the Ahwahnee community, contribute to local causes, and bring the foothills together—whether it’s through fundraisers for the 8th-grade trip or supporting local schools.
