Amazing instruction and community. I will be here as long as they are. Everyone helping everyone, Weather you want to fight or just get in great shape this is your HOUSE. I have been there for almost 2 months and lost 25 pounds while gaining a better understanding for the art of Muay Thai. My home away from home.

Hand down the best gym in the area.Top Notch instructor, fantastic classes, and amazing atmosphere. These guys have set a new standard! Buck and Jake are known for creating leaders and champions. It shows through their in depth knowledge of Muay Thai and their ability to convey it in a clear and concise way.I was also impressed by their knowledge of the human body and how they applied it to create a safe and effective workout. The fighter fitness class is AWESOME.By the end I am completely exhausted but it's also a great way to keep drilling the basics and everyone always encourages each other. One of the first things I noticed when I walked into the gym was how welcoming everyone was.The House is full of great people!

This is the first Muay Thai training I've been involved in.It has helped improve my physical fitness and that of my son too. The training is family friendly and is offered by real professional who understand how to handle students of every level. The gym has got wonderful facilities that make it even easier for students to work on their physique and strength.I had earlier tried to secure Kickboxing classes in Virginia Beach, but the team wasn't as competent as the one at The House Of Muay Thai.

As a beginner to Muay Thai,I did not know what to expect.I was introduced to Arjan Buck and he was an extremely friendly person, and little did i know he was the man for Muay Thai.I was allowed to drop in some classes to check out if it was for me,and I thought it was awesome.sadly I had to move but i really enjoyed the class structure and the level of training I had received in the short time I was there.
