The Jason Gaia Team was a big help in selling and buying our home. They helped us set a listing price by offering us a detailed market anlaysis for our area which allowed us to set the right price in order to have many showings. They handled all the marketing and marketed the house very well. Jason was very patient in showing us many houses until we found the one for us. The team made it easy by setting us up with the mortgage company to obtain the loan, the inspector and repair guys to handle any necessary repairs. It was a pleasure working with all of his team. The first contract we had on the house Jason was just as excited as I was, I can hear him now 30 days on the market and we have a contract. The second contract I believe was about 30 days too. He was beside us with the most difficult closing I have ever been though and I am sure the most difficult for him, but we finally made it!
