I contacted three realtors in order to choose one to represent me as a buyer in the Bloomington area. The other two just did not show much interest and gumption, but Juan returned phone calls, researched everything I asked him to look into, gave me helpful suggestions, and was generally on top of his game from the start. As a first time buyer, I was somewhat inexperienced in the world of real estate. However, Juan patiently explained what I needed to know and never pressured me in any way to do anything that I was not comfortable with. He truly had my best interests at heart.
