David Wheeler is a native from Pompano Beach, Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in 2001, and went on to become one of the inaugural graduates of the Florida International University College of Law in 2005

Phil Glenn is the criminal defense attorney primarily responsible for handling criminal cases in Monroe County for the Law Offices of Robert David Malove. Phil was born and raised in a small town in the mountains of North Carolina. Following high school, Phil completed his undergraduate studies at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, and graduated with honors from Washington & Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia. Phil graduated at the top of his law school class and also was elected editor of the Law Review at Washington & Lee.

Jeremy Michaelson, a native of South Florida, brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to protecting and defending the rights of his clients. During law school, he made a significant impact on the community through his involvement in the pro bono honors program.

Hani Demetrious has been practicing criminal law since 2005. He began his career as a prosecutor in Monroe County, Florida. Hani soon realized his heart was defense-oriented and spent years working as a public defender and for the office of regional conflict counsel. He joined the Law Offices of Robert David Malove in 2022.
