About us
The Meat Market, originally known as Mueller’s Meat Market, was founded by Marv and Gene Mueller. In 1989, the business was acquired by Mike Vold, Mueller’s former lead sausage maker, and Ron Hart, the head meat cutter. Together, they managed the business for 18 years until Ron’s unexpected passing. In 2011, Mike’s oldest daughter, Michelle Brinker, joined the team, followed by her husband, Drew Brinker, who became a lead meat cutter. In March 2014, Mike expanded the business, opening a retail shop in the Wisconsin Dells with assistance from his other son-in-law, Kaleb Becraft. This addition has successfully contributed to the business's growth.
