About us
The Phoenix Recovery Center's addiction and mental health treatment facility is based in South Jordan Utah.
Clients enter and progress through each level of care based upon clinical and medical assessment for personal healing.
We create the change and healing experience through a full continuum of care for mental health and chemical dependency issues that aims to help prevent a relapse.
Clinical support begins with Residential Treatment (e.g. CD only) and traverses across a Day Program, Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Program, and General Outpatient (GOP) Program.
