About us
For the past 8 years Chef Colin has been cooking on islands of Nantucket and Marthas Vineyard. After developing a big love for Nantucket Community, he has found his home here where he has built a family. After working in local restaurants and resorts he has decided to develop his business and bring a variation of New England and Mediterranean Cuisine. He started his first job next to his chef father at a young age. Ever since then his biggest passion has been developing and creating memorable dishes. Colin describes cooking as a way of life, not just a job, he is constantly inspired by the beauty and complexity of food and finding a way to push boundaries and create something unique.
