Residences Of Riverdale in North Little Rock This place has been a nightmare. Working with these people is exhausting. First they put us in the wrong apartment so we had to move twice on our own dime in one month. The apartment they moved us to was less than superb for the 1350 we were paint in rent. Frayed carpet, broken lights... which was never fixed. We had 1215 tied up in the apartment and guess how much it cost for repairs when we moved out? We didn't get a DIME back. It has been a complete scam.
