The Room Novato is a Small Group Training facility designed for you to achieve your fitness goals. Our class sizes of 4 to 12 clients offer a personalized training experience that is affordable. You’ll get the benefits of group training (motivation, accountability, camaraderie, and fun!), plus the individual coaching possible in a small group.
