We aim to offer impeccable service with no distractions. This is your place to rest and get your exclusive spa services unique only to The Sanctuary.

Spa Etiquette:
*As we are a private spa, please show up promptly at your designated appointment time.
Arriving early is not customary here as another individual may be occupying the spa before your appointment time.

* Please give the therapist feedback as to your comfort and special troubled areas.

*Please Give honest feedback to the therapist, owner, receptionist, etc., as we care to know if your spa experiences was as expected, and how we can make improvements for your next visit.

Return Policy:
The Sanctuary prides itself in offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in it's original condition within 14 days for a store credit. Please note that opened skin care, make-up, jewelry, and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are a final sale please.
No cash refunds please.

Gift Certificates and Service Packages:
Gift certificates and service packages expire after one year. If your service package is not completely redeemed after a year from the date of purchase, the package is void. Gift certificates and Service packages are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other services.

Cancelation Policy:
Please be advised that you must give 24 hours notice of any change or cancellation in your booked appointment. If you do not give The Sanctuary a 24 advance notice of your scheduled appointment change or cancellation, you will be charged 100% of the service you have booked.
