About us
The Seaboard apartment community sits at the crossroads of Gainesville's Depot Park, an easy walk to some of the finest hiking and biking trails in all of Florida. Named after the Seaboard Coast Railroad, whose tracks crisscross the neighborhood and were then re-designed to become hiking and biking trails for area residents.
