About us
At The Skill Set Collective in Cary, NC, we empower teens ages 13–18 with confidence, communication, and real-world readiness. Our hands-on workshops teach essential soft skills—from professional communication and interview practice to resume building and leadership development. Students gain the confidence to speak clearly, make great first impressions, and handle real-life challenges with ease. Whether through our teen confidence workshops, soft skills classes, or real-world skills programs, we prepare students for success in high school, college, and beyond. We don’t lecture. We engage, coach, and celebrate every small win.
