Holistic Sleep and Wellness: Beyond CPAP
For years, we focused on traditional sleep medicine, but we often felt that we weren’t fully addressing our patients' overall health. The common approach of "you have sleep apnea, wear a CPAP" treats only part of the issue. We now understand that true wellness requires a more holistic approach that touches all aspects of life. Achieving optimal health goes beyond managing sleep disorders; it involves maintaining a balanced diet, regular exercise, and getting the restorative sleep needed to unlock your full potential.
Our program starts by incorporating practices observed in individuals who sleep well. We no longer assume that poor sleep is solely due to conditions like insomnia or sleep apnea.
