The Specialists began in 1976 as a single store in Tucson. Our emphasis even then was a passion for the best car audio installation and top-notch car audio and car window tint products. Fast forward to 1986 when The Specialists, Inc. was spun from the original company to become the premier destination for award-winning car audio systems and auto alarms drawing customers from Texas, Southern California, and even deep into Mexico. The company grew always adhering to the culture of quality products, best car audio installation and relentless customer service. Over the years, the Specialists have been honored by trade publications, manufacturers, civic organizations, and charities. Awards like "Best of the Best", "Retailer of the Year", "High-Performance Award", and "Award of Excellence" all dominate the trophy case at The Specialists Corporate offices.
