The Terrace's Homeowners Assoc in Summerlin, Las Vegas is: apparently SELLING WITH MISREPRESENTATION OF SALE AND UNLAWFULLY NOT PROVIDING FULL DISCLOSURE OF WHAT CHANGES THEY'VE BEEN PLANNING TO MAKE TO THE LANDSCAPING, which changes what new buyers (and prior) purchased without a word of drastic changes that would have deterred the majority here THAT ARE ANIMAL LOVERS! This changes the equation of: WHAT are we paying $360 in Ass. Fees for IF they rip out the green non desert looking grass that HAS provided health filled oxygen some of us have to have, along with a safe place to walk our pets, and the nature and wildlife we wanted a home surrounded with?! We're new owners because of these reasons alone as the home in truth doesn't fit us ON THE INSIDE! Like most of our now very concerned pet owning, animal loving neighbors, the back of our home's small patios open to endless green before the additional green of the golf course. The Terrace's Homeowners Assoc in Summerlin, Las Vegas is the worst place to live ever. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND DONT MOVE IN HERE. the renters and owners are currently waiting for the ombodsmund to investigate these places. Lets start by saying the gates are so loud and squeeky. The president of the board cant get removed because to many people living in here rent. and only homeowners can have him removed. none of the homeowners live here and half live out of state, and due to his terms he makes last minute. they cant vote him off. Dan Murray....He is a real life sociopath, he moves your garbage cans, moved a neighbors bike behind his home because he had it sitting in his driveway. he calls the people in the neighborhood vulgar profane names. The police are ALWAYS here, and get this, you cant even park in your own driveway! come have a look at these places, and you will see. it looks like a ghost town. which is very inviting to criminals when it looks empty and vacant...
