About us
Since my wife and I job transferred to Tampa, FL from Central Texas, the word around town was that there was good barbecue here. After partaking of and judging fair the available barbeque, we concluded that there is indeed good barbeque here in Tampa, FL, but we want “special”, we wanted great. As Texas natives, we are accustomed to GREAT barbecue! The kind of barbeque (specifically brisket) that I all-night smoke in our backyard on weekends, still. We shared that “backyard” barbecue with native folks, and then came requests for more, and more. Hence, the beginnings of The Texas Brisket Company in Tampa Florida. Starting with an idea, a desire, and the love for great barbeque “Central Texas Style” we created The Texas Brisket Company.
