The Vital Stretch® assisted stretching is a unique blend of both dynamic movement and static holds all while being comfortably supported so your body can release all those tight spots in the most efficient way possible. Our proprietary stretch protocols combine joint motion, fascial stretching, and muscle lengthening all while using the body's own neurological reflexes and pathways to release tissue and muscle tension without pain.
