The Walking Company in Hurst is sorry and they over promise and Under deliver!!!

So dissapointed!!!
We bought my husband shoes last June. Was told we have a guarantee that if anything goes wrong with these shoes, to bring them back. They were guaranteed.
We just went back because they were falling appart. It started four months after we bought them. The souls separated. The girl just now told us they were only guaranteed for one month. It is February now. We spent $217.00 on these shoes. She said to us, when we told her what the problem was, FUNNY THING! THE GUY THAT TOLD YALL THAT GOT FIRED. He got fired because he sold shoes at this store, The Walking Company, and told everyone the shoes were guaranteed. Now who would knowingly pay $217.00 for a one month guarantee???
This is NOT funny to us!
A waste of our hard earned money!!!
We will never be back there! They were ECCO shoes.
After she talked to the manager, she told us that the manager said not to honor the guaranatee that was promised to us.
