Clase Azul Reposado, Clase Azul Mezcal, Tres Agaves agave syrup, and Bittermen Mole bitters served over a large ice cube garnished with orange peel, torched cinnamon stick, and cherry.The Wilson is a neighborhood gem located at the intersection of the Chelsea and NoMad neighborhoods and just South of Madison Square Garden. Chef Jeff Haskell presents a seafood focused menu of New American Classics within a casually upscale setting. Design highlights are an enclosed heated patio and a private dining & events space with a 30ft ceiling and living moss wall.
