I have experienced many styles of Yoga with various instructors but have yet to find a more knowledgeable and dynamic instructor than Jen Ryan at the Yoga Loft North. The classes work the body but relax the mind. There is a variety of classes for all levels of learning and still are very reasonably priced. You can't go wrong at this studio!
