Theorem Vineyards is a 60 acre hillside land on the northern slope of Diamond Mountain in Calistoga. It is an enchanting place that brings together the redwood forest, vineyards, and beautiful barns of the Diamond Mountain. This unique vineyard is filled with history and rich agrarian traditions that express the spirit of this breathtaking place. Due to the Diamond Mountain’s unique properties. Theorem is the perfect location to create a complex and captivating Cabernet. Theorem is known for their wine named Voir Dire, a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon that was produced from their oldest vines. Theorem has repurposed their historical architecture with luxe interiors and design—reviving the history and spirit of this captivating place.
