WE DO NOT MAKE FURNITURE, WORK WITH CARPET OR SELL PIECES OF WOOD. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. Tom Horgan, Carpenter & Builder is fully licensed, OSHA certified and insured. Our services are in building, remodeling and maintaining Main Line Homes. We started in 1951 performing carpentry repairs and kitchens/bathrooms remodeling. Now our business has grown to managing and completing entire interior and exterior construction projects large and small. We are located in Radnor, and service a 10 mile radius.
