About us
Thompson Counseling Services is a group therapy practice located in New Paltz, NY, with three convenient office locations, including our primary office at 83 S Chestnut St. We provide in person counseling locally and virtual therapy throughout New York State. Our licensed therapists work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. We offer individual, child, teen, and group therapy in a supportive and welcoming environment. At Thompson Counseling Services, we focus on helping clients gain clarity, build emotional resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
