About us
Three Oaks Counseling Center is a mental health clinic serving Cypress and Texas- using individual treatment plans that specifically meet your needs, we are able to help you achieve wellness and make more meaningful connections so that you can experience life more abundantly. A blend of EMDR and Christian Counseling helps you heal from childhood trauma, CPTSD, anxiety, depression, burnout, and stress so that you are no longer stuck in patterns that do not serve you. You may have suffered abuse in your closest relationships, be suffering from Postpartum Depression and Anxiety, recovering from Infidelity, or simply in a transitional life stage- no matter the issue there is a block between where you are and where you want to be. We help you achieve your emotional wellness goals so that you can be more fully present for all your life has and will offer.
