Three way Plumbing helped us to design and furnish 4 bathrooms on a rennovation project, all to perfection back in 2000. From order to delivery the staff was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. When we began a project on LI last March, we made the long trip back to Queens to the experts. Unfortunately, this go around has been a disaster. Countertop took 10 weeks to finally be delivered (after many phone calls following up) , and the bath tub was delivered with damage. Of course, we refused the order, and requested a new undamaged tub be delivered. Andrew was frustrated with our order rejection, and actually had the audacity to tell us that we would need to go to the shop and inspect the new one becuase he would not deliver it. Of course, that notion was refused. The replacement tub was delivered Saturday with damage once again. Not only was it damaged, but it was obvious someone tried to sand down the damaged corner edges.
