Brandon Dawson is one of the four founding attorneys of Miller, Dawson, Sigal & Ward Injury Attorneys, also known as The Thumbs Up Guys. While his early career focused on advocating for injured clients in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases, Brandon now oversees the strategic direction of the firm.

Ryan has worked on behalf of injured West Ashley his entire legal career, beginning in law school when he clerked for a Columbia personal injury firm for two years. Ryan’s areas of practice include general civil litigation, serious personal injury, premises liability, dram shop, products liability, automobile collisions, motorcycle wrecks, and heavy trucking litigation.

Ryan is a founding member of Miller, Dawson, Sigal and Ward Injury Attorneys where he practices general civil litigation including automobile accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, wrongful deaths, and serious personal injuries. Ryan has successfully litigated countless cases in South Carolina courts.

Jeffrey is a founding member of Miller, Dawson, Sigal and Ward Injury Attorneys where he practices general civil litigation involving serious personal injury, premises liability, dram shop, products liability, automobile collisions, and motorcycle wrecks. Prior to law school, Jeffrey attended the University of Georgia where he graduated with a degree in Biology.
