About us
Tiahna Pantovich is a U.S. Army veteran and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in individual adult therapy, focusing on anxiety, depression grief, mood disorders, substance use, and trauma. She has provided therapy both in Washington, D.C., and Maryland, virtually and in person. Using a mixed-methods, eclectic approach along with her wide-ranging education, she creates a supportive therapeutic space to grow, solve problems, and improve one’s mental health. She has an education in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a graduate degree in Social Work from Howard University. She has conducted research in mental health and social work, publishing in multiple languages.
